We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost.

Additionally, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered missed appointments, subject to the cancellation policy.

Our goal is to provide excellent service to all clients, and we appreciate your understanding that last-minute cancellations make that difficult.

We will gladly reschedule appointments cancelled with proper notice.
